Description

Are you in need of some fresh new Ocean Animal activities? Give your students the chance to explore and research about marine life with this Low Prep STEM activity. Students can research, plan, and create their own solution to an oil spill over the ocean.

Students will learn about current events and the devastation that occurs to the environment when a disaster occurs. Mauritius is currently experiencing a devastating oil spill in 2020. Students will experiment with different materials to try and stop the oil spill from spreading while learning about other oil spills in the process.
