Description

This lesson is an introduction to the six major classes of nutrients. It breaks each class down into detail and what they do for our bodies. The worksheet follows the power point presentation and the nutrition label activity helps students use their new skills in real world scenarios. The lesson is designed for late elementary through middle school grades.
