Number Practice and Letter Practice Workout Video Bundle

A fun way to get fit while learning numbers and letters! These videos are great for number and letter daily practice. They make a fun learning brain break!

0-10 Video: Children exercise while they recognize and say numbers 0-10. Between exercises, numbers are grouped as follows: 0-5 (in order, countdown, and mixed); 6-10 (in order, countdown, and mixed); 0-10 (in order, countdown, and mixed).

0-20 Video: Children exercise while they recognize and say numbers 0-20. Between exercises, numbers are grouped as follows: 10-0 (countdown for review); 10-15 (in order, countdown, and mixed); 15-20 (in order, countdown, and mixed); 0-20 (in order, countdown, and mixed).

ABC/Letters Video: Children exercise while they recognize and say upper and lower case letters. Letters are grouped according to similar formation. The vowels are grouped together and they are also duplicated among the consonants. The letter order and groupings are as follows: (A-E-I-O-U),(O-C-G-Q),(S-Z),(N-M-W-V-U),(B-P-R-D),(E-F-H-I-T-J),(A-L-X-K-Y),(a-e-i-o-u),(c-o-a-d-e),(b-p-g-q),(u-n-h-m-r),(i-j-l-t-f-k-x),(v-w-y-z-s).

At the first of each video, children will do various standing exercises such as stretching, running… The children will always go back to walking before each group of numbers or letters appear and continue walking while saying the numbers or letters. This makes it easier for them to focus and keeps the movement going. After all numbers or letters are reviewed, there are optional floor exercises at the end of the video--just for fun!

Note: I shortened the time on the exercise slides for the preview, so the preview would not be too long. I did these videos with my kindergarteners several times until I felt like the exercise times were appropriate.
