Description

My morning meeting continues to be an integral part of the day. We spend time on ELA and math skills during this time. The children really enjoy the interactive slides. I have some great interactive Thanksgiving themes this month.

For November there are 40 slides, which include:

-Classroom jobs to personalize
-November calendar (new)

-How Many days in Nov.- ten frame & tally mark chart to practice these very important math skills each day (new turkey theme)
-Weather chart that can be customized for your town. Click on the weather people to link to your local accu- weather forecast
-Weather bar graph to go along with the weather of the day- you can now keep track for the month and compare most, least, equal to (new)
-How many days in school hundred board counting now with a number bond and two number sentences to review addition and subtraction
-Days in school place value chart using one and tens base ten blocks (new)
-Class bank to continue money recognition
-Morning Message to write the news of the day. You can have the children begin to write 1 or more of the sentences.
-Math attendance report using a whole-part-part model (new)
Math- more and less slide- choose a new number each day and fill in 1 more, 1 less, 10 more and 10 less (new)

-Zero the Hero- every 10th day the students can watch this fun video about Zero!
-10 new slides with interactive math word problems- addition and subtraction. On the subtraction slides have the children touch the objects and they will be amazed on how they disappear☺

I hope your students enjoy their morning meeting as much as mine do.
I keep this program open the entire day. I find that I use different parts at different times in the day including small group time and center work.

My best,
