Note Taking Templates

This is a zip file that contains 9 note-taking templates. The templates are in two different formats, Microsoft Word and PDF. The PDF files can show you the original layout and can be printed out to use with students. The Word files can be customized to fit the needs of your classroom. You can also give them students to type notes directly into the templates. When I use these templates with the students, I create sample notes and post them online for students to use. This comes in handy for students who are absent from school and for those students who were not able to write down all of the notes.
