Nonfiction Text Features Poster

Use this poster during your Reading time to display the nonfiction text features in your room throughout the year. All text features are common to all of our state standards. It can be used for mini-lessons and as a transition time filler. The poster can also be printed on card stock and made into nonfiction text feature flash cards. Text features include sidebars, bold words, italics, graphs, etc. We feel that these really helped improve the reading comprehension in our school, especially in nonfiction text!
