Description
Do you need more engaging Emergent Readers for your beginning French immersion students? This French Christmas themed reader features repetitive text, relevant vocabulary and delightful images to help your early readers gain confidence and build solid reading skills.
"Où est le lutin?" is perfect for the Christmas season and for practising French prepositions of place! The story features a variety of elves in different locations.
Students will need to read the text describing each elf and where it is using the French prepositions.
What's included in this resource?
- Big Book (in colour and black and white) - You can laminate and bind the pages to make and share the story. I like to add the book our class library.
- Half Page Version of Story with full text and images - Students can use this to take home, as a colouring book or booklet for their own personal book boxes.
- Half Page Version of Story with cut and paste pictures to recreate the story. Students need to read the text and glue the proper elf to the correct place on each page. An additional page has also been included for students to add to the booklet.
- Class Book Activity - includes colour and black and white title page as well as writing paper. Students can draw an elf and write a sentence to go along with their picture.
