Very useful resource for a student in my class. Having this resource ensures I am not talking over his screaming, I simply point to the laminate to remind him to stop screaming and use his words.
Description
This is a visual to be used when teaching the skill of not screaming- use your words. Several copies of it should be placed in the child's most frequented areas or in places where he/she is likely to scream. Simply point to the visual when you think he/her might begin to scream (as a reminder to use language vs. screaming).
