• Brainstorm Activities - This is to help your students work through their ideas for any of the 4 writing prompts provided. I find that using a brainstorm activity like this first helps students come up with much better and unique ideas!
• Practice Sentences - From the brainstorm I move to the practice sentences worksheet. This helps them go from one or two words to forming complete sentences with correct spelling and punctuation.
• Final Draft Writing Pages - includes the following prompts:
"My New Year's Resolutions"
"This year I want to..."
"My favorite part of last year"
"My 2023 Goals" (includes years 2023 through 2030)
• Once their practice sentences look good they can transfer those sentences onto their final draft paper. I've included regular and primary lined paper to match your students' needs. Each prompt includes both a landscape and a vertical option.
• Craft Toppers - Students get to choose which of the 4 toppers they would like to color and then cut it out!
