Description
This program was created to provide support for new teachers, specifically in agriculture with 0-3 years of teaching experience. It can be modified to fit any teacher, in any subject, with any number of experience years.
Although this program has only been in existance for 2 years, it has grown to over 100 teachers within the state of Florida participating and assisting. According to feedback from new teachers in the program it has provided the support needed to remain in the teaching field and even in the field of agriculture education.
