This toolkit is designed to help new school nurses get started. Most tools are able to be edited to best fit your unique practice! The toolkit includes resources to use with your caseload (students with health plans) in addition to the general population (all students and staff).

Please remember that these are just examples and templates, and are not meant to substitute referencing your local Board of Nursing for practice guidance.
