What educators are saying

Great resource! I used it with our first unit analyzing seminal speeches. It helped them complete a rhetorical analysis and essay for each speech.

Description

Do you have students who are struggling with the Essay section of the New SAT?

I teach in the inner-city and many of my students struggle with writing essays. Some of my students have had nervous breakdowns over trying to pass the exam. I created a graphic organizer and outline with those students in mind. They came back to me after taking the SAT and said, "The reason I was able to score what I did was because YOU helped me!" It gave me a good feeling knowing I was able to help them.

This product includes a copy of the prompt in a large-text format, a graphic organizer to help them arrange their ideas and structure their essay, and a "fill-in-the-blank" style template that shows them exactly how to write an Rhetorical Analysis essay on ANY text.
