Description
My adult English/ESL students in Washington DC really enjoy this winter car survival listening and vocabulary activity. As English learners living in the USA, they find the practical aspect of this activity to be critical to their survival in the USA. The students have a chance to listen, check, review vocabulary, and then listen again for details. They will learn vocabulary terms such as: flashlight, tarp, jumper cables, first aid kit, flares, and much more.
