Description

Discover the rich culture of Native American tribes with our engaging Native American research project posters. These posters provide a comprehensive guide to researching 80+ Native American tribes, making it a perfect activity for Native American Heritage Month in November. Each poster includes essential research components such as homes, clothing, food, geography, and interesting facts, ensuring that students gain a deep understanding of each tribe. Incorporating these posters in your curriculum is an effective way to improve your students' knowledge of Native American history and culture.

In each poster, the following research components are included:

  • Homes
  • Clothing
  • Food
  • Geography
  • Interesting Facts

Teacher Note:

A few of the tribes migrated outside of what we now call the U.S. For example, some of the tribes lived in the U.S. for a while and then migrated into what we now call Canada. If your students are creating a poster for one of those tribes, I recommend having them draw an arrow above or below the U.S. map illustration to indicate that location.
