This National Hispanic Heritage Month Heritage Month resource gives your students a chance to read more about Hispanic and Latinx/Latino/Latin@-American leaders from a wide range of professions and fields, all while practicing reading comprehension.
We’ve included 10 different short biographies on a diverse array of leaders past and present.
Research around literacy supports students getting repetition and multiple opportunities to access the text. We’ve also included images for students to engage with the text in multiple ways.
