Description

Help your writers generate ideas for writing a narrative, memoir, or scene with this interactive "Memory Bingo" game that will get students sharing and collecting memories!

During this activity, students will use a list of 50 prompts to add various memories to a BINGO board. During BINGO, students will share memories and add more to their treasure trove of ideas after hearing their classmates' memories. After the activity, students will reflect on their top 5 memories and begin writing about one.

If your students never know what to write about, this activity is a great way to jumpstart their thinking and give them plenty of ideas to draw from. Once completed, the BINGO board is a great resource that students can reference any time they need a new writing idea.
