Narrative Writing Workshop CCSS Assessment/Rubrics ( Lucy Calkins)

This is an assessment packet aligned to Common Core Standards for narrative writing. It is aligned to Lucy Calkins Units of Study Writing Workshop (Launching the Writing Workshop and Raising the Quality of Narratives), but can be adapted to any narrative writing unit. It includes a rubric to use as the students are engaged in the writing process, a revising/editing checklist, a performance assessment rubric, and a unit outline (essential questions, CCSS, and enduring understandings).
