My Time, Our Place Framework Outcomes Mixed Colour Signs for OSHC, OOSH and School Aged Care

My Time, Our Place—Framework for School Age Care in Australia has been introduced as a National Framework managed by Australian Children’s Education & Quality Authority (ACECQA) to enrich child learning by educators in partnership with children, their families and the community, including schools. This framework builds on the Early Years learning Framework.

As part of centre National Quality Standards accreditation, planning and activities, Educators are meant to be referencing and using these outcomes.

This package is contains signage or labels that can be used on cupboards, display boards or around the centre to show how activities met curriculum outcomes or to notify parents/caregivers of the Framework. It also adds lots of colour to the centre. There are left and right hand prints that represent the outcome title and number. Colourful dots then represent the learning outcomes. There is also a title for a display board presentation if required.
-Mixed Colour Package-

These signs have been added around our Out of School Hours Care/ Vacation Care facility in several ways to show these outcomes. They have been cut out, laminated and hung on a display board with the entire framework for parents to see right above our sign in sheet. Additionally the have been attached to the kitchen cupboards using clear contact so children see them regularly at meal times. Around the centre next to different permanent activities there is a sign with the activity name then handprints for outcomes and dots for learning outcomes associated with that activity are hanging. It has added so much colour to our centre while helping us with our requirements.

They are a great addition to our Quality Improvement Plans.
