You must not share, resell or redistribute any of the Lime & Kiwi Designs products, regardless of the license you have.

All clipart packages include our Standard License. 

With our Standard License, all content within the packages can be used for personal (non-profit) use without needing to credit Lime and Kiwi Designs.

Our Standard License also includes limited Commercial use. To use our Standard License commercially, you must provide credit to Lime & Kiwi Designs. Otherwise, you MUST purchase one of the below licenses:

► Our No-Credit License - This license allows you to use 1 (one) PURCHASED Lime and Kiwi Designs clipart pack without providing credit to us. Please note that a Clipart Bundle also counts as a single clipart pack.

► Our Commercial License - This license allows you to use ALL of your PURCHASED Lime and Kiwi Designs clipart packs without providing credit to us.

If you do not decide to purchase either license when using our clipart commercially, you MUST provide credit to Lime and Kiwi Designs. 

::::: HOW TO PROVIDE CREDIT :::::

Please see the below if you do not want to provide credit Lime and Kiwi Designs -

► If you are selling a digital product, you must provide credit somewhere directly in the digital product. If this is not possible, please provide it on the webpage where you are selling the digital product. 

► If you are selling a physical product (a t-shirt for example), you must provide credit on the product itself.

Here is an example of how to give credit to us:

::::: OUR FIXED PRODUCTION LIMITS :::::

When you make and sell a product that uses Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics, you are limited to how many you can make and sell at one time. These limits are different depending on whether you are using our images in physical or digital products.

Please note that these limits apply to our Standard license, No-Credit license and our Commercial license. If you go over any of the below limits while using any of these licenses, you MUST purchase a Mass-Production license for EACH clipart pack used in that product. Please note that Clipart Bundles count as a single clipart pack.

Our current fixed product limits:

► You may not manufacture more than 1000 physical units of a single product at once that contain our graphics, with the intent of selling them.

► If you are selling a digital product that contains our graphics, you cannot sell more than 800 of these per month.

► If you are selling a print-on-demand (POD) product that contains our graphics, you cannot sell more than 800 of these per month.

For example, if you go over any of these limits using graphics from two individually purchased clipart packs, you would need to purchase the Mass-Production license twice to cover both of those clipart packs.

If you are using clipart from a single Clipart Bundle, one Mass-Production license would cover all the images from that entire bundle.

::::: DIGITAL MOVABLE PIECES :::::

Our regular 300dpi clipart images are not designed to be used as Digital Movable Pieces. 

If you wish to use our regular 300dpi as Digital Movable Pieces, you must purchase an ‘Extended License for Digital Movable Pieces’.

► This license only needs to be purchased once to cover ALL of your purchased regular 300dpi clipart packs you wish to use as Digital Movable Pieces.

► This license is not required to use clipart as moveable images on Boom Learning Cards since Boom is a secured platform.

Unlike our 150dpi Digiclip Movable Pieces clipart (which do not require formatting), any movable images made with our regular 300dpi clipart under this license MUST be in the following format:

► They MUST be combined with text overlay, a patterned background or both. 

► They MUST be saved as a new JPEG image, and must be flattered, or embedded into your document (meaning the images cannot be extracted or copied).

This is to protect our clipart and your documents from being used by third parties.
