Description

These FANTASTIC rhythm note value LEGO cards are amazing for busy early years learners. These cards can be used at music centres / learning stations, to help students differentiate between music notes and their values. I created these using the official LEGO Digital Designer for use in my own classroom. They are certainly a hit! The reason for adding in a za, was because the traditional notation is very tricky to match in real life, let alone lego! However, a traditional crotchet rest is included for those up for the challenge!

The PDF includes Copies of both coloured cards and greyscale, so you can choose what best suits your style/needs!

Simply print, laminate, and sit your cards on a table next to a small basket/container of lego as part of music rotation stations! This is an activity your students will want to do over and over!

Music Symbols/Note Values included:

- Treble Clef

- Bass Clef

- Crotchet & Dotted Crotchet

- 2 quavers (ti-ti)

- Single quaver

- Minim & Dotted Minim

- Semibreve

- 4 Semiquavers (tika-tika)
