Brain breaks are the perfect cards to use when you notice students are no longer engaged. Or maybe you would like to use them as a reward for doing so well!
These brain breaks include a variety of quick movement, improvisation, creativity and quick wins! Simply have them take a brain break by choosing a card and following the directions. Use as many and as often as needed.
48 brain breaks are included in both color or black and white options. Age and levels of the brain break activities will vary. If you find that a student chooses a brain break that may be a little too "young" or "old" for them, just have them pick another card. No biggie!
