ABOUT THE RESOURCE:
- ACTIVITIES 1 - 4 - Students are given a list of 27 world music instruments. Their task is to research the instruments in the first column to find their country of origin next to it, in the second column. In the third column, students must categorize the instruments as either: chordophone, aerophone, membranophone or idiophone.
- This activity is repeated but with only 22 instruments and a list of countries for the students to choose from.
- ACTIVITY 5 is a Wonder word puzzle containing 27 world instruments.
- ACTIVITY 6 World Instrument LISTENING Activity. Students listening to a clip of ten different world instruments and complete the information table containing a LINK to a video clip for each of the 27 instruments to accompany Activity 6.
