Museo del Prado: A Virtual Visit

Take your students on a virtual visit to the world famous Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid, Spain. Students will play the role of Cultural Ambassador as they are guided through the museum by questions concerning the history and contents of the museum. Finally, students reflect on their visit, Spanish culture and their own culture as they are asked to compare and contrast the Prado to similar facilities in the United States. Students are guided with directions and questions in English, although they are asked to look at the website's homepage in Spanish to look for cognates.
