My students LOVED this activity! I used it as a fun two-day activity for my 7th grade Drama class. They were probably too young to understand the motives of the characters, but they had a lot of fun with it anyway.
Description
This is by far the most popular activity of my Drama class! Students come back and tell me how much they loved the Murder Mystery! Everything that you need is here: Directions, letter to students and parents, sign-up sheet for food, and, of course, the bios for all the guests at this weird and wild Hollywood party! Some food, drinks, and decorations only make this more fun, but are not necessary. Everyone stays in character, mingles, sings, dances, toasts each other, argues, and generally carries on! Everyone has a motive, but only one person commits the crime! The murder turns things around fast; it becomes a crime scene investigation that lasts another day. Enjoy!!
