What educators are saying

This resource is great. The visuals are spot on with our 5th grade concept and my students enjoyed seeing the variety of colors. I had them create the equations, or visual to match.

Description

Looking for a way to reinforce decimal multiplication with models? This match up game is a great way to do that! It includes 12 cards with a multiplication problem and 12 cards with a model of decimal multiplication. Students will match the problem with the model and then solve it.

The problems include 6 decimal by decimal multiplication problems and 6 decimal by whole number problems, There is also a recording sheet for students and an answer key included.

You could use the cards to introduce decimal multiplication models, a center activity, or an intervention activity.

This product is in color. It helps to have a color printer or you can print at Kinkos or Office Depot and use year after year. A lot of them will print out just fine on a black and white printer. You can go back over them with a colored pencil if needed.
