Ultimate Multiplication Challenge: Mixed bag of harder multiplication problems

I created this multiplication problem set because I wasn’t finding exactly what I was looking for on TPT. I wanted a set of multiplication word problems that covered a variety of situations and number sizes. I also wanted grids on the paper so my students could keep their numbers in line and make it easier for me to check and read.

There are 3 or 4 problems on each page, depending on how much grid space I thought was needed for the problems in that set. Problems increase in difficulty as the challenge numbers increase, going from multiplying 2 digits by 1 digit to multiplying 3 digits by 3 digits and beyond with a harder challenge at the end. I included two worksheets with 2 x 2 multiplication for variety.

An answer key and an extra sheet of the grid paper is included for ease of use.
