This HUGE bundle of mouth shapes articulation clip art just keeps growing! I am continuing to make updates, improvements and many additions to this set. I have purposely kept everything together for organization and clarity.
It now contains several clip art sets all in one pack!
**Note: There are two skin tones for every image.
It is designed for any project involving mouth positions, phoneme articulation or sound walls. As a teacher myself, I have used these mouth graphics to create a sound wall for the classroom, as well as sound wall reference kits and speech articulation activities.
Because there are several sets of images, each image is labeled with the speech category AND letter, so you can find what you need quickly.
Each mouth position has been carefully drawn in consultation with speech pathologist and other specialists to most accurately represent articulation of phonemes.

BIG UPDATE! As this is often used for sound wall references, it now includes a full set of speech categories icons and voiced/unvoiced icons.
Unlike many clip art sets, these images are clearly labelled with the corresponding letters so there won't be any confusion. This is intended to save you tons of time, as without labels working with mouth shapes can become confusing and time consuming.
The mouth positions have been carefully created for placement of tongue and lips, in close consultation with several speech-language pathologists to ensure they are as close as possible.

- Stops Set (b, p, k, g, t, d)
- Long Vowels Set (a, e, i, o, u and /yu/)
- Short Vowels Set (a, e, i, o, u)
- R-Controlled Vowels Set (ar, or, ir-er-ur)

The advantages of this bundle:
- All of the speech articulation sounds together in one file, so you won't have to purchase separate files to find all the phonemes needed for a sound wall.
- Each graphics file is labeled by speech category (ie: Nasals) and phoneme ( /m/) so you won't have to hunt around or guess which picture is needed - I have done all this work for you while using this for my own students.
- Because some of the phonemes use the same mouth position, I have either labeled the file with both letters, or duplicated the image with the alternate name so you can find what you need quickly.

PS: I have found that there are differences in mouth shape preferences depending on dialects and accents, (particularly for vowel sounds) so please keep this in mind as it can be confusing to have too many versions of the same phoneme. Thank you!
