Morning Meeting: Social-Emotional Learning Activities

A Month of Inspiration Social-Emotional Calendar is a fun and engaging way to expose students to GRIT and GROWTH MINDSET with quick no-prep, mini lessons for every day of any month. Each day includes 2 prompts that can both be completed within 15 minutes. Use as a warm up, wrap up, discussion prompts, partner work, etc.

Sample topics include: overcoming obstacles, find your strength, give a little, build mental toughness, inspire through action and much more.

Each day of inspiration includes a video clip to catch student's attention and spark inspiration.  The follow-up prompts are designed to fuel that spark into actionable changes students can share or keep to themselves.  The extension activities help continue the dialogue and build stronger foundations for the themes that grip your classroom the most.
