Cultivate relationships and social-emotional well-being among students in your classroom with an entire year of quick, digital SEL Morning Meetings. These include contact greetings (updated from socially distanced greetings) as well as a file of socially distanced greetings. The slides are completely editable and come with PowerPoint and Google Slides options.

Each morning meeting is set up with four parts:

1. Morning message *Editable*

2. Morning Greeting (15 different greetings, so students will not do the same greeting twice for three weeks)

3. Daily Share: Mindset Monday, Tell Us Tuesday, Would you Rather Wednesday, Thoughtful Thursday, Free Share Friday (see below for further details)

4. Today’s Agenda *Editable*

Daily Share Details:

Mindset Monday:

• This day focuses on quotes to motivate and grow students’ mindset. Quote topics include growth mindset, effort, uniqueness, kindness, perseverance, teamwork, attitude, and more. Teachers will facilitate discussion on the meaning of the quote and how it can be applied.

Tell Us Tuesday

• This day focuses on getting to know each other! Slides ask about family, feelings, favorites, friends, preferences, memories, and more.

Would You Rather Wednesday

• This is a fun day for students to respond to a “would you rather” question. Some are silly, some are fun, some are fictional, and some are realistic!

Thoughtful Thursday

• This day focuses on having thoughtful conversations with peers about various life scenarios and questions. The scenarios center around the 5 core competencies of the CASEL framework (self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision making, social awareness, and relationship skills).
• Each Thoughtful Thursday includes a challenge (call to action) for students that applies to one of the 5 competencies or other SEL skills.

Free Share Friday

• Students may share anything they want this day.

At $15 for 40 weeks, that's less than 40¢ per week!

Updated 8/16/20 to include 7 completely blank slides each week that match the theme, so you can edit the titles on the headers as well.

Update 9/20/22: All 40 weeks of greetings have been converted from socially distanced greetings to greetings without restrictions. Students will enjoy these new greetings now that most of our classrooms have lifted the social distance requirements. (I have kept a file of socially distanced greeting if that is the preference, just copy and past into your slides.)

-The header font has been edited so that the editable headers at the end of each file will match the rest of the slides!
