Summary of Terms of Use:

Terms of Use: The clip art may be used as a design element in educational commercial products. All images must be secured in a PDF file with a password that prevents saving, copying, or lifting the images.

These images may not be used as moveable clip art pieces. The images must be locked in place and secured in the resource.

Paperless Resources uses are fine in commercial products as long as the image is flattened as part of the slide background and not loose in the file.

Boom Cards usage is permitted as moveable and non-moveable under the Standard License. Boom Cards is the ONLY moveable usage permitted under the Standard License.

Personal classroom use: The images may be used in lessons, activities, SMART board or PowerPoint lessons/activities that are not distributed or sold. In PowerPoint the images must be flattened as part of the slide background and not loose in the file.
