What educators are saying

This is my first year with a Promethean board and this has been a life changer for morning attendance!

Description

When children arrive at school, have them move their name in whatever way is appropriate that month. They get SO excited to see what the new attendance chart is each month.

This makes the attendance easy to see for both the teachers and children. We use this info for our morning message each day.

Monthly Themes:
August/September: name into school
October: candy corn into bag
November: leaf into basket
December: gingerbread into gingerbread house
January: snowflake into snowman
February: valentine into mailbox
March: gold coin into pot OR egg into basket
April: egg into basket OR raindrop into umbrella
May: caterpillar into butterfly
June: crab into sandcastle

You can input the names of the children in your class by ungrouping the objects and then regrouping them again afterwards. You can also easily copy & paste if you need more for more students.

NOTE: This file is a flipchart designed to be used with ActivInspire. If you do not have this software (or a Promethean Activboard), you will not be able to use the product. You can download ActivInspire here: https://support.prometheanworld.com/download/activinspire.html

**UPDATE**
I have had many requests both for more objects and for numbered objects so that the teacher does not have to ungroup and input names. This download now includes two sets of flipcharts:
1) names (original with names on 18 objects)
2) numbers (numbers 1-28 on objects)
