    This product is a digital version of the Montessori equipment used to form and recognize decimal fractions, as well as perform the operations of addition, subtraction, and multiplication of decimal fractions.

    It has been designed to assist Montessori teachers when teaching remotely as well as home school parents using the Montessori Method.

    Designed by an experienced Montessori elementary teacher with much attention to detail. The text based movable pieces were created in photoshop as graphics to avoid them being accidentally altered.

    There is a master slide to duplicate for each new lesson so that all the pieces are restored neatly. Additional beads and cubes can be duplicated as required. The pieces are not moveable in present mode so present mode.

    This product can be used to present lessons and can be assigned to students for them to use freely as they do in physical Montessori environments.

    Recognize that in a multi-digit whole number, a digit in one place represents ten times what it represents in the place to its right. For example, recognize that 700 ÷ 70 = 10 by applying concepts of place value and division.
    Read and write multi-digit whole numbers using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form. Compare two multi-digit numbers based on meanings of the digits in each place, using >, =, and < symbols to record the results of comparisons.
    Use place value understanding to round multi-digit whole numbers to any place.
    Recognize that in a multi-digit number, a digit in one place represents 10 times as much as it represents in the place to its right and 1/10 of what it represents in the place to its left.
    Explain patterns in the number of zeros of the product when multiplying a number by powers of 10, and explain patterns in the placement of the decimal point when a decimal is multiplied or divided by a power of 10. Use whole-number exponents to denote powers of 10.
