Mon projet sur un animal - FRENCH Animal Research Projects - Science

Here is a simple independent research project that your students can complete to practice gathering information and to learn more about animals. This activity is a good introduction to animal classification. For Core French or French Immersion students in Grades 2 - 6, depending on your students' proficiency level.

No prep! Just print and photocopy! (Tip: print this resource on 11x17-inch paper so that your students have a larger surface to work with.)

Some Overall Expectations from The Ontario Curriculum Science and Technology that can be applied to this activity:

GRADE 2

1. assess ways in which animals have an impact on society and the environment, and ways

in which humans have an impact upon animals and the places where they live

2. investigate similarities and differences in the characteristics of various animals

GRADE 4

1. analyze the effects of human activities on habitats and communities
