Description
This is a 6 page activity that can be used as a test for students with disabilities in an inclusive science class. It covers the basics of the skeletal system.
Students can make a booklet by coloring the cover when they need a break from the academic work.
Pages 2-4 are notes that students are to copy. These are simplified notes that are modified for students with disabilities to understand.
Page 5 is matching words. Students look at word similarities to match identical words about the skeletal system.
Page 6 is the assessment. This is a fill in the blank activity with a word bank.
This is modified to about a Kindergarten level but can be used in any science class. I used it for grade 7.
