Model for Area Project

A Model for students to use or modify in creating their own project to illustrate the area of a garden, park, etc. Students create a model using shapes, write a word problem, solve the word problem and explain the process. Template can be used to show students how they can create this problem on their own as an extension to a lesson on area.
