What educators are saying

My kids love to play games, especially when they get candy prizes! This helped them review and have fun at the same time.
I like this as a review for my Mitosis test. We do this the day before and the kids love the competition! I did laminate them and use them year to year!

Description

This Mitosis BINGO Review Game is the perfect activity that is both fun and instructional. Students will enjoy playing a game while also getting to review for extra practice or before a test or quiz. This BINGO is unique because not only do the cards contain Mitosis and Cell Division Vocab terms, but it also includes images of cells in the different phases of Mitosis!

Directions:
1. Print out the 30 unique BINGO cards for students. If necessary, there are two blank extra BINGO cards available as well.
2. Cut the BINGO card sheets in half, so they are all separate cards. I suggest printing in color and laminating for easy, beautiful use for years to come! These can also be used easily in black-and-white printing without lamination for a quick and easy Mitosis review.
3. Print out the three sheets of questions with the correct answers. There are many ways that you can manage this, but I suggest cutting the questions into paper strips, folding them in half, and a placing them into a basket or bucket. As you call out the BINGO questions, you will also have the correct answer readily available on the same strip.
4. BINGO cards are unique and some students may not have a certain answer on their cards.
5. In addition to the BINGO cards and questions, you will need some manipulative for students to use to place on their BINGO cards.
6. ENJOY! Your students will both have fun AND thoroughly review the concept of Mitosis and Cell Division.

What is included in the .zip file?
1. The PDF file for the Mitosis BINGO Game (including cover page, directions, list of terms reviewed, the BINGO questions & answers, the 30 unique BINGO cards, and 2 blank BINGO cards).
2. An editable version of the BINGO Game. NOTE: The original BINGO game was created in a Google Presentation. In order to attach an editable version, I downloaded and converted that Google Presentation into a PPTX file. Some formatting (fonts, alignment, text size, etc.) is not the same in the PPTX as the PDF version. For this reason, I suggest using the PDF file. However, all CONTENT in the PPTX is the same as in the PDF.
