Missed Directions Student Instruction & Visual Aides

This visual print-out packet is designed to teach and aide you in the classroom with starting assignments. Executive functioning and behavior are synonymous in the classroom. If there’s a frustrating behavior, likely the student(s) require instruction in the area of need in order to plan better choices in the future.

Task analysis is the breaking down of a task in small manageable chunks to allow students to take the new skill one step at a time. Visuals are a great way to remind the student of the given behavior, especially if their disability also impacts their ability to read.
