Miracles of Jesus Readers Theater Script - Jesus Heals a Paralyzed Man

Teach kids the Bible story of Jesus healing a paralyzed man using this readers theater script. This activity is designed to guide students in learning the Bible story while at the same time giving students insights into the culture of biblical times.

In this skit, two children, Mitch and Audra, interact with their professor who teaches them biblical background information on a kid-friendly level. As these three characters interact, they meet the biblical characters and read the biblical text. All italicized words are direct quotes from the Bible (NIV©2011). Use the readers theater to introduce or review the Bible story during Bible class or Sunday school. It would also work great in a chapel service. Your purchase includes a story poster/coloring page.
