Description

Milton Hershey is famous for his candy, theme park, and town. This internet hunt gives your students background information as they read and answer questions about the circumstances and events that surround the story of Milton Hershey and how he didn't let early failures stop him. During the search they use a variety of strategies and skills that will prepare them to do research using the internet. I've included al writing assignment.

This is a great way to increase your students' ability to use technology as part of their whole learning experience.

Answer Key included

I added an Easel version of this webquest. I made the links active within Easel and provided answer boxes for your students. You can assign it from Google classroom or from Easel.

Although I frequently check for broken links and edit the webquests, I would appreciate any input about problems through the Q&A link. That alerts me through an email and I can quickly address any issues and get the material in working order quickly. ( I check questions faster than feedback ). If you run into a broken link check back on the download page and get the latest. There should be a green light letting you know there's a fresh version ready. Thanks!
