Description

This conspiracy theory episode of Michael Jordan's first retirement from the NBA is the perfect fit for most of your reluctant learners. This is because the topic appeals to their mistrust, skepticism, and reverence for celebrities.

Investigate if point-shaving schemes, gambling debts, golf hustlers, con men, shootouts, and mafia hits caused Jordan's premature retirement?

The listening time is 42 minutes (best broken into two 21 minute sections) so it works well for those with shorter attention spans.
