Mexico Lapbook

This product contains printable pieces to cut, fold, and glue into a lapbook about the country of Mexico. They could also be used in an interactive social studies notebook.

There are three sets of pieces to use in a lapbook or interactive notebook:
1. Black & white with blank spaces for students to write in
2. Color pieces with blank spaces for students to write in
3. Black & white pieces with basic information filled in (this set can be used to make a teacher-created model, or for students who require additional support)

The following pieces are included in each set:
• Title / cover page
• Map of Mexico to label with large cities and bordering countries and bodies of water
• The Land map to label with peninsulas, deserts, mountains, and the Mexican Altiplano
• What’s the Weather flap book
• Economy flip book
• Government flip book
• Mexican Money petal square
• Language & Religion petal square
• War of Independence flap book
• Culture flip book
• Holidays flip book
• 4 Fun Facts circles

Additional supplies needed:
• 1-2 manila folders per student (depending on how many of the pieces you plan to use, I used 2 manila folders for the whole set)
• Scissors
• Glue
• Construction paper (optional, I use it to cover the original fold in the manila folder and to add some color)
