Description
Helping students understand how many beats are in a measure? That can be a tough task. These Google Slides lessons go over the what meter is, the parts of a measure, and the time signatures 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4. Can be used for upper elementary music lessons or teaching middle school band or choir.
This bundle includes lessons to teach about meter, and activities in which students can apply their knowledge of meter by answering questions or playing games.
You can use this whole group or independently-- even during distance learning! To move the draggable items, you will have to be in edit mode (don't click present!). If you send to your students to complete, make sure you give them their own copy.
All rhythms are also included in stick notation.
