Description
In this project, you will show how different ethnicities of people made their way into the US. Students research and record data in this project format about the different groups of immigrants in the US. Groups include English, German, French, Irish, Mexican, Chinese, Native Americans and Africans.
For each of the slides below students need to:
- Describe the events that led to their arrivalÂ
- Which decade saw the largest number of settlements from this area
- Current % of americans that identify as this ethnicityÂ
- Current region/states where they commonly live in North America
- Issues faced/laws passed to try to slow immigrants from this area- if anyÂ
- Pictures, graphs and charts
