Medication Checklist FREEBIE for EXCEL

This product is a medication checklist. This checklist is an Excel file and can be edited within the Excel or Sheets applications. This checklist will allow your patient to self-monitor as they use this tool as an external memory strategy. This sheet lasts one week and can accommodate up to twelve medications. There is also a spot for the current week or date and the pharmacy used. Feel free to use it with any patient in assisted living, independent living, etc.
