This set of measurement activities and worksheets are designed to provide students with practice in measuring in inches and centimeters with cute little monsters. This set also includes a measurement game perfect for math stations or math workplaces. All of the worksheets and the game are no-prep, just print and you are ready to go!
Worksheets ask for students to measure the pathway between two monsters. One version of the worksheet has no addition and the other presents a pathway with two or three line segments, where students need to add to find the total length of the pathway. Pathway measurement worksheets are done in both inches and centimeters. All line segments are measured to the whole inch/centimeter!
The Longest Line game asks for students to collect the longest line on their turn, with the goal of having the greatest total at the end of the game. The game includes a game board with 26 lines and a separate recording sheet for students to record the lengths of the lines as the collect them. More detailed game instructions are included on the game board.
