McGraw Hill Wonders First Grade Practice Unit 6 Weeks 1-5

McGraw Hill 1st Grade Reading Wonders Practice Unit 6 compliments my favorite reading program. This practice will also be beneficial with any reading your student does. It is easy to duplicate, use in the classroom or send home for homework.

Phonics

Each page has the phonics skill at the top of the page and words that apply that skill to practice words. Also on the page are the week’s “Words to Know” (sight words).

Passage Reading

At the bottom of the page is a little story that uses the words from that week as well as some words from prior weeks.

Flashcards

There are flashcards that coincide with the high frequency words for each week.

Additionally the practice pages are now on a comprehension sheets with 2 levels of questions.

*Level 1 is fill in the blank answers

*Level 2 is write the answers
