    Description

    This bundle includes all 6 - 2nd Grade Math Missions. These fun and interactive Math Missions involve students in puzzles, interactive activities, and problem solving focusing on 2nd Grade standards.

    The Pirate Mission focusing on Place Value to 1,000 - Students will complete puzzles matching expanded form, number names, base ten block with the standard number. Students will complete puzzles matching expanded form, number names, base ten block with the standard number.

    Superheros Mission focuses on Time and Money skills. Activities includes telling time to the 5 minutes, identifying A.M. and P.M. in given time situations, problem solving with money and time, and using coins to purchased items.

    Dinosaur Dig....focuses on Adding and Subtracting within 100 - with word problems. Students will complete missing addend puzzles using a part-part-whole puzzle, sort addition and subtraction word problems, solve a two-step problem, use a secret decoder to discover clues, and use a marker to reveal secret numbers.

    Gingerbread Man includes Measurement and Data activities. Questions and tasks in this mission cover the measurement and data standards for 2nd grade. Students will complete time puzzles to the five minutes. They will compare the length of three different fish to arrange them in order by length. They will use a ruler to measure the path of a hockey puck from the hockey game. Students will also create and interpret a graph based on the animals they see.

    A Secret Agent Geometry Math Mission - Students will recognize and group 2-D and 3-D shapes by their properties, sort shapes that have been partitioned into halves, thirds, and fourths, count squares in a rectangle, and compose simple shapes to make larger shapes.

    Safari Mission is a great End of the Year Review. It involves comparing and ordering numbers to 1,000, addition and subtraction within 1,000, telling time to the 5 minutes, classifying shapes by their attributes, and problem solving.
