Description

Now students can blast their math facts fluency digitally and gain instant feedback on their answers! This is like having another teacher to help your students master those math facts! You can also easily differentiate instruction by easily deleting extra slides ahead of time and saving the file under a different name. This resource covers addition and subtraction facts from 1-12. Addition example: 1+0=1 on up to 12+12=24. Subtraction example: 1-1=0 on up to 24-12=12. I have also included 7 mixed files of addition and 7 mixed files of subtraction.

Did I also mention this math facts resource for PowerPoint use can be used on tablets and even iPads? Say what? Yup, you can use this on a tablet, computer, or you can even project them with an interactive whiteboard with touch features! (Interactive whiteboard use is an option, you don't need it to use this resource if you plan on simply using it on a computer or tablet.)

Please view the preview for more details about this resource.

While this resource stands alone on its own, it is also a very good compliment to use with the highly rated, Math Facts Fluency: Addition & Subtraction. Click here to link there.

☆Don't have something compatible with PowerPoint? I also offer something similar in Boom Card format here. These are self-checking, and they also collect data if you have the right kind of Boom account to use with them.

☆Looking for one similar to this for multiplication & division? Find it sold separately here.

What I LOVE about Using this Digital Resource:

•Paperless

•Kids love using technology. It's engaging!

•Easy to differentiate instruction by deleting slides and adjusting a timer

•It gives automatic feedback of the answers, which will help students to master those math facts

***Technical requirement: You will need PowerPoint on any devices that will be used with this resource. You will need a version of PowerPoint that is 2010 or later. If using on tablets or iPads, you will need access to either an LMS that is compatible with the PowerPoint app, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, or another means to host the files online where students can access them.***

***For interactive whiteboard use: To use any dragging/dropping features, your interactive whiteboard will need the feature that performs mouse functions with touch in programs outside of their software. Basically, the touch feature takes the place of how you would use a mouse in other applications such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, surfing the internet, etc. If using. This feature that allows the computer to use touch on the screen to function like a mouse may sometimes only work in the software of whatever brand interactive whiteboard you are using, so make sure you can use that feature in other applications before purchase if you plan to use this resource on an interactive whiteboard.***

Will these work in Google Classroom? No, they will not. You need Powerpoint to use these along with other tech specs outlined above. The way these are set-up will not convert. I do however have Boom Cards that can easily be assigned in Google Classroom here. You can also find the Boom Cards version in my Math Facts Fluency bundle here.

Make it Easy to Find. Add This to Your Wishlist.

Add and subtract within 20, demonstrating fluency for addition and subtraction within 10. Use strategies such as counting on; making ten (e.g., 8 + 6 = 8 + 2 + 4 = 10 + 4 = 14); decomposing a number leading to a ten (e.g., 13 - 4 = 13 - 3 - 1 = 10 - 1 = 9); using the relationship between addition and subtraction (e.g., knowing that 8 + 4 = 12, one knows 12 - 8 = 4); and creating equivalent but easier or known sums (e.g., adding 6 + 7 by creating the known equivalent 6 + 6 + 1 = 12 + 1 = 13).
Fluently add and subtract within 20 using mental strategies. By end of Grade 2, know from memory all sums of two one-digit numbers.
