Description

Do you need a fun and easy way to recognize counts from 1-50 for your child or students? This sparkly resource will hold everyone's attention as they count and clip these sparkling, fun objects! NOT to mention the clipping is great for the fine motor skills!

Many school districts send incoming Kindergarten parents a handout of expectations for incoming kindergarten students.

One of the requirements is for students to be able to write numbers from 1-30 and also understand and know how many each of those numbers represent.

So...this resource was created for my granddaughter as a fun way to recognize and count numbers from 1-50.

I was simply amazed at this expectation, but none the less here it is! The only difference is that I made it a bit more challenging

Here is what is included in this fun(and I say fun because my granddaughter loves working with these cards!) Includes:

☆ 14 pages of sparkly objects or 50 Count and Clip cards for #’s1-50. There is ONE REPEAT JUST TO KEEP THE CARDS EQUAL. These are meant to be used as one on one teacher/student stations or work or for Partner work.

Some Ideas for Use:

☆ Summer work before Kindergarten.

☆ To reinforce and teach numbers during the Kindergarten or Homeschool
Kindergarten Year.

☆ As a fun counting tool

☆ Math counting stations or centers

☆ RTI or reinforcement for those who need a little more time counting and recognizing numbers 1-50

Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.
Count to answer “how many?” questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1-20, count out that many objects.
