Description

Thank you for purchasing this product! This is one of my favorite tools to use during math workshop. This is a station I can PREP ONCE and use during the ENTIRE YEAR!

The games in this pack help students to practice number sense, basic operations, and critical thinking. The same set of cards can be used to play all 13 card games.

I have included several card options:
--Every card set includes 2 font options.
--Color or backline
--Every card set also includes cards with and without counting dots so that you can choose what is appropriate for your students.
--Seven design choices are also included:
1) Plain with no pictures
2) Christmas
3) Easter
4) Fall Candy
5) Smiley Dot
6) Summer
7) Valentine

The concepts covered include:
- Recognizing and comparing 1, 2, and 3 digit numbers
- Identifying the difference between numbers (how many more, how many less)
- Identifying even and odd numbers
- Adding 1, 2, or 3 digit numbers
- Subtracting 1, 2, or 3 digit numbers
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Missing addend problems
- Adding to make 10
- Counting on starting at a number less than 100
-Counting backward
-Adding 3 numbers
-Adding 10 to a 2 digit number
-Subtracting 10 from a 2 digit number

Every game includes a teacher direction sheet as well as a student directions sheet with photos. This helps my first graders be independent during stations.
